Sharmin began her career as a lawyer in Bangladesh and practiced for many years in areas such as Admiralty Law, Judicial Review, Company Law, Environment Law, Family Law and Property Law. She studied LL.B at the University of London, UK and LL.M at Cardiff University, UK. She has decades' worth of litigation experience.
Sharmin also worked as an EHS (Environment, Health and Workplace Safety) consultant in a reputable European Company that provides compliance and sustainability-related services to Fortune 500 companies.
Sharmin discovered her passion for Canadian Immigration Law while she was processing immigration applications for many of her family members. Since then, she helped many individuals achieve their dream of obtaining Canadian visas.

Since her student life, she has organized many charity programs in Bangladesh to help people in need. She took many pro-bono cases as a lawyer to provide legal assistance without receiving any professional fees. She still takes part in many volunteer works in Canada whenever time permits.
She is a Bangladeshi singer with two musical albums. She participated in many musical programs on stage and television. Her songs played on all the FM radio stations in Bangladesh. She successfully launched and ran an elite restaurant in Gulshan, Dhaka, until she moved to Canada. She also used to have a successful event management company that worked with corporate and non-corporate entities. All these diverse experiences help her adapt to a critical situation efficiently with creative solutions.
She truly believes it helps her to understand her clients better. One other thing that she cherishes is capturing moments through her lenses. She has a knack for creating digital content.
